pump build lead times

IMPORTANT:

We offer an expedite option for pump builds! However, Motors are purchased per order and are not always available locally. Below lead times are excluding the time it will take for the motor to arrive to our shop, as this is an unknown based off its availability country-wide. For clarification on motor lead time, or to inquire about expediting the motor, please reach out to an H.T.E. sales associate!

Standard Lead Time

No Charge

2-weeks ARO, plus transit.

3-Day Build

$500.00/Pump

3-Day build expedite, AFTER MOTOR ARRIVES, plus transit. Complete pump will be on a truck within approx. 1-week.

Painting the pump takes the full 3-days. If the order is an emergency and the customer does not want paint, the pump can ship sooner.

H.T.E. strives to meet or exceed the above posted lead times. These offerings are approximate and are not guaranteed. If there is an issue getting an order out within the expected time frame, an H.T.E. associate will reach out ASAP.

Custom motor request

Not seeing the motor you need?

The motors selectable on our pumps are usually readily available with no lead time.

If you do not see the motor you need, we will need to locate one by reaching out to our motor manufactures. Sometimes the motor will have a bit of a lead time.

We will provide you the adder cost for the motor, it will need to be manually added to the pump kit cost for your total.

Please select "Custom Motor" under the motor options, and paste the details provided to you under the 'Performance Details'.

How do I find the frame size of my pump?

After configurating a pump on ADEPT, select the 'Options' tab. Scroll to the motor information section and a 'Motor Frame #' will be listed.

Upon Checkout, whose email do I reference under the shipping information?

YOURS! Do not reference your customer's email! An order confirmation will be sent to this email, with pricing, after the order is placed.

Do you have any Armstrong inventory that is not posted on this site?

No - What we have is what is posted. If you would like us to potentially stock another item, please feel free to reach out!

Can I get a discount?

We have tried to price everything in accordance to the factory, however, we understand certain scenarios are tight. We are always happy to discuss options, if needed.

Can I just send a PO into an HTE sales associate?

NO! All store accounts are linked to your company's accounting information, which is needed for easy invoicing. Also, placing the order through the store automatically gets your order into our Shop's build or shipping que. Please always order through the store.
