An Account Specialist establishes good, trusting relationships with customers. After having confidence in our equipment, a ‘territory’ or ‘accounts’ will be assigned. The salesman is expected to visit different accounts daily to weekly to assist with current or upcoming projects. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
Inside Sales personnel are in the office or remote, helping with all aspects of team support. Employee will assist with customer requests that are called or emailed in. Typing up quotations and placing orders are a large part of this position, strong computer skills are needed.
Job entails painting equipment, building pumps, assisting with skid package assembling, keeping the warehouse organized, going into the field and working on boilers/pumps, etc... Having previous mechanical or technical experience in HVAC is recommended.
An Engineering Consultant visits Mechanical Engineering Firms and familiarizes engineers with our products; also will assist Engineers with project design and equipment selections. Background in engineering and experience with HVAC required.
Parts Sales consists of helping customers locate replacement parts for equipment we represent. Quoting and ordering replacement parts, working with our Manufactures, and learning about our products is the focus of this position. Strong customer service and computer skills are a must.
An Administrative Assistant has multiple responsibilities with the company; From answering incoming calls, keeping track of orders, filing, marketing, etc... Also will assist all team members with miscellaneous requests. Must be willing to help others and follow directions.
